Koa Pancake House, nestled conveniently near the airport and Aloha Stadium, serves as a haven for breakfast enthusiasts. Reviews highlight the establishment’s swift service and generous portion sizes, making it an excellent spot for both families and solo diners. Myriam Santiago-Hernandez praises the "to die for" French toast, while Mike Mack relishes his perfectly cooked breakfast, including eggs, bacon, and those heavenly strawberry whipped cream pancakes. The warm, inviting atmosphere caters to groups, with options for sharing dishes recommended due to their ample servings.
However, not all feedback is glowing; Shawn S raises concerns about the excessive use of plastic utensils, criticizing the environmental impact. Despite this, the standout quality of the food overshadows some minor drawbacks. Reviewers like Leon BIGPAKE Ho appreciate Koa’s vibrant social scene, featuring sports events and a selection of whiskey. Visitors such as Matt Evans enthusiastically agree on the deliciousness of dishes, notably the meat burrito, making it clear that Koa Pancake House has something for everyone. Overall, it’s a must-visit for those craving a satisfying breakfast experience in Honolulu.

Small little joint, not too far from the airport or the Aloha stadium. Food was great and came out super quick. She suggested if we were sharing to cut back since portions are a good size. Second time here and Food was great both time. The French toast are to die for!

We stopped here for breakfast before going to Pearl Harbor. A nice find for breakfast. I got eggs, hash browns and bacon all prepared the way I like them. I would definitely eat breakfast here again. My son got the strawberry whipped cream pancakes and really liked them too.

Great food. Good portion size. Burning through 4 plastic forks to eat is a great deterrent to diet. Make no sense since nothing appears to be recycled. It’s a cheap and lazy way to not deal with washing plates and forks.

Aloha: great place for groups or just a few friends . One of the better whisky selections in bars in Hawaii plus very good menu. Food is amazing and kinda has that local Swiss to everything . Also has sporting events televised. And if you want they even have a few dart boards if you get bored. It’s a must

We stopped by after landing in Honolulu. My kids always want pancakes. I was so excited about the macadamia nut chocolate chip banana pancakes. I also got a omelette. I was a little disappointed. The omlette seemed runny and I think they used canned mushrooms for it. Pancakes were a win and the portions are HUGE. We took some to our condo and the kids lived eating on them. Banana pancakes have actual slices of banana in them which I love but my kids wanted it mixed in. The pancakes were fluffy and yummy. I like a bit more buttermilk but I am kind of picky about my pancakes. 10/10 recommend for portions size and fast service.

A small local place with good food and excellent friendly service. We had pancakes, omelets etc. and it was all very good. Only comment is that the steak in my omelet was not very well seasoned so it was a bit lack luster. Everyone else in my party really enjoyed their food.

It's hard to describe a place like this. The breakfast burrito was by far of the best I've ever had. I had the Vinha d'alhos burrito and holy crap, just eat it. Don't put the salsa on it as it will make it taste worse. That's how good the burrito is. If you're looking for a delicious burrito, you've found the place.
